Us
Since opening in Hastings mid-October 2005, and relocating to Palmerston North early 2009, Stamps Inc. has been an exciting and interesting venture for all concerned. After previously being employed with other stamp shops prior to this, I have had an insight to the industry and discovered very early on, the needs within the industry and how to satisfy them accordingly.
With a great team, great suppliers and even better customers, Stamps Inc. has certainly moved ahead in leaps and bounds. With our suppliers covering such a great deal of known, and not so well known, brands we are able to supply just about any stamp, craft & stationery item, but with the addition of other 'non-craft' items available we are able to meet most of your office requirements.
While
developing
this
successful
business, I have been
required
to think
strategically about a few key issues. First, determine, and monitor, the
ever changing
needs of our clientele.
For example,
what new products are available? How will this benefit our customers? and does it promote a high 'fun' factor? Next, determine
how to conduct our business in order to gain maximum customer satisfaction and
repeat business.
